Just wanted to share some information with this Firestone regarding my recent visit. Had a scheduled appointment to have my own new customer supplied tires mounted, a wheel alignment, and requested if they can check the brake pads all around to see when they will need replacement. Was told my rear brake pads are at 1 millimeter, and my rear shocks are seeping. I asked to walk out to my vehicle myself so they could show me what they are referring to, as I keep up with all of the maintenance on my newer vehicle and am very familiar with it and absolutely would have known about those two things. I was told I could not go out to look at it but just to use the brake pad model on the desk for reference. I had then paid for the services I requested, after which I did not see the alignment printout attached to the invoice. After requesting it, none of the specs were different from when the car came in. Pointed this out to someone else at the desk, who told me that they personally would have removed it from the invoice and it appeared the alignment was just checked. After spending another 20 minutes or so here, someone else did refund the alignment but there was really no explanation / apo

Been going to this Firestone for awhile now. Two guys to look for : Chris and Anthony. Both of them give exceptional service that is timely. Something looks funny on your online booking? They call you. Funny sound in their engine? They tell you. Upfront about the price and no hidden bait and switch prices? Their honest. Almost suspiciously so. Good for you. Bad for other car mechanics. Firestone on Brick: Anthony and Chris? Gold standard in service.

Called them around 3pm today to see if they could do a serpentine belt on my daughters bmw and the younger guy told me no problem. 1 hour and job is done. And fairly priced. Never been here before but will def return. Thanks

Great customer service especially the Brick location. Anthony is the best. Thank you for always taking care of us. The only place I trust to take my cars too. It’s been over 10 years.

I've been having my car repaired and serviced at Firestone in Bricktown for over seven years. The team is amazing. Anthony is always there when I need him. He gives me timely appointments and his recommendations for my car Are excellent and he is very honest. I trust him and the team at Firestone. I have an 11-year-old car with 175,000 miles on it. Without them, I wouldn't have such a great car with this many miles on it.,
